The Johnson Valley View Estate was a re-subdivision of 12.68 acre tract purchased in January 1999.  As owner each year I have been offering to sale 1-3 lots for cash or owner financing.  My original intent was to hold the property until public water was made available.  Although public water is not yet available at the property it is within 5 or so miles at this time and is still on the schedule for the future.  For a more information on the available of public water a potential buyer should contact:  Watts Bar Utility District at 800-882-5099.  Prices of lots will increase once public water is located at the road.

The property is located approximately 7.5 miles from Sweetwater exit 62 north on Highway 322 toward Roane County then ½ mile on Johnson Valley Road.

This subdivision has been approved by the Roane County Planning Commission.  All lots border a paved county road.  All lots meet the State Health Department’s requirement for individual sewer systems.

One of the original owners has dug a well for potable water needs.

Limited restrictions have been placed on these lots.  Singlewides are allowed.

The property has lot pins at the road and about half way to the back of the property.  The back property line is marked.   Looking from the road the property slopes up a hill, the steepest part of the property is the back half of each lot.   The lots are suitable for trailers and are located in a hardwood timber forest which has been partially thinned.
